Walmart Labs is partnering with Path Forward, a nonprofit organization on a mission to empower people who’ve been focused on caregiving transition back to the paid workforce. The Path Forward Return to Work program is a 16-week paid internship for experienced professionals, returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. After completing the four-month program, qualified candidates will be considered for conversion to available full-time opportunities at Walmart.

If you are passionate about technology, have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least 2 years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent, we welcome you to apply and join our team. Responsibilities include:
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Product Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
• Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product that serves the customer and aligns to other product initiatives in support of the business strategy
• Maintains strong communication with partners and prioritizes effectively
• Drives the product discovery, user research, ABs tests processes
• Writes product specs and collaborates with Program Management to communicate cross pillar
• Executes product roadmap to meet goals and timeline
• Proposes success metrics, A/B tests to validate experience and monitors/proposes roadmap changes as needed
• Stays current on industry trends/practices as the domain and/or mobile expert
• Partners with UX Design, Engineering, and Analytics on design pattern plan that delights customer
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
• Supports product implementation and deployment

Minimum Qualifications

• To be eligible for consideration for this returnship, you must have been out of the paid workforce for at least 2 years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience driving product vision and roadmaps with a track record of leading teams to deploy innovative solutions
• Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment
• Uncompromising commitment to the customer
