Role Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean and fully functioning office environment
• Maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor at all times, while responding to employee and visitor needs
• Welcomes each phone call with a Walmart pleasant voice; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for reception phone.
• Organize and maintain large conference rooms.
• Manage large meeting/conference rooms schedules at multiple locations.
• Receive employee requests and handle appropriately (and in a timely manner) via work orders, through managers, with building personnel, etc.
• Ensure necessary follow through and communication.
• Clean and organize furniture in reception/lounge area throughout the day.
• Maintain reception closets and all contents in them.
• Assist with office tours as requested by your direct manager or senior leader
• Provide administrative services such as updating excel spreadsheet, power point decks, upload new staff members picture to facility folder, create electronic folders, etc.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Notary certificate is a plus
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a receptionist or any office related experience
