What you'll do at

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Ensures operational objectives are communicated to cross-functional business partners and external partners to raise awareness of business performance
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Monitors quality and manages compliance of external partners with established Global Shared Services processes
  • Performs analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years experience in business, operations, human resources or related field OR 4 years experience in business, operations, human resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in vendor management.
  • 4 years of experience working as a supervisor in a contact center
  • 3 years’ experience in human resources, employee relations, labor relations, investigations, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in customer service, contact centers, or related field.
  • Human Resources Professional Certification (for example, PHR, SPHR) or Certified Forensic Investigator (CFI) Certification
