What you'll do at

  • Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
  • Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
  • Develops the planning and allocation strategies for assigned merchandise segments and oversees strategic initiatives
  • Leads the planning and allocation process, systems strategies, and innovations
  • Oversees and drives the financial plan for a merchandise segment (for example, Home and Apparel, Technology and Entertainment, Grocery and Beverage)
  • Provides direction for the management of inventory levels in clubs and in distribution centers and supply chain activities
  • Provides overall direction
  • Sets financial expectations for business segment (for example, Home and Apparel, Technology and Entertainment, Grocery and Beverage)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years' supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, or related field (Finance, Accounting, Retail Management, Economics, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics) and 4 years experience in Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Buying, Replenishment, Finance, or related field OR 5 years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Category Management, Buying, Replenishment, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years' experience leading a cross-functional team of 5 or more people.
  • 6 years' supervisory experience.
  • Master s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Retail Management, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
