What you'll do at

  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
  • Develops and implements strategies to capture and react to member feedbacks
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Ensures excellent Sam's Club eCcommerce member experience
  • Participates in the development of an enterprise-wide member experience strategy
  • Partners with all multi-channel divisions to ensure initiatives are implemented
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year's experience in Business Process, Innovations, or related field.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field and 3 years' experience in Customer Advocacy or related field OR 5 years' experience in Customer Advocacy, eCommerce, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years' consulting experience.
  • 3 years' supervisory experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
