What you'll do at

Walmart US eCommerce is seeking a Finance Manager within the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This position will work with key business partners across US eCommerce finance organization to further develop and standardize meaningful management reports that are both efficient and that can scale with the company’s growth, identify and execute automation opportunities and process improvements, support the coordination and communication of the US eComm forecast processes and be able to articulate the impact to senior leadership. Primary responsibilities will include total US eComm financial statement analysis and Board of Director reporting, collaborating with finance partners and Controllership team to drive forecast discipline and deliverables.

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, tackle multiple projects, and efficiently execute deliverables. The right individual will have strong leadership skills and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. This person will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels across organization and Brands and lead teams to improve forecast accuracy and business insight.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical and process constraints.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Presenting financial summaries and business insights to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
• Strong analytic financial modeling and reporting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and can work successfully and effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Experience with and ability to use Essbase, Hyperion Planning or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting their findings to senior management.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce finance
