What you'll do at

We are seeking a Project Manager professional in our Sunnyvale, CA office.

Duties: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end Processes for various Walmart Content Studio Models and assist in continuous improvement and refinement of existing processes and defining new processes. Liaise between Content Acquisition and Data operations team as well as engineering teams to understand item set up processes and trouble shoot issues expeditiously to ensure best customer experience. Identify and explore proof of concept (POC) and pilot programs for new technology opportunities to improve on the Walmart Content Acquisition program. Work with internal business stakeholders as well as external suppliers to understand content gaps and recommend strategies to curate required content using various Content Acquisition tools and channels. Be able to understand business flows, tools, trouble shoot and support seller issues using tools. Run regular liaison meetings between sellers, market place aggregator and business to review overall operational metrics. Manage ongoing basis seller issues, queries, and operational issues. Coordinate issue resolution across business, production support, business support analyst, and functional teams in the context of specific issues. Identify trends to figure out hotspots for effort and support cost drivers – work with Product Marketing and Engineering to build features and tools to reduce costs. Process improvements to reduce ongoing support costs. Institute and monitor support case resolution metrics and drive efficiencies as well as identify systematic issues that need fixes across systems until hand off to production support/Engineering/Product teams via backlog for implementation. Understand seller setup process and educate sellers on process, requirements and timelines for on-boarding process. Work with internal teams to set up appropriate systems, code promotions into production until seller can go live. Help to integrate partners to MP infrastructure. Design, implement and manage Next Generation content pilots including 3D Asset generation, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality programs that are run internally and through outsourced vendors. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in Business and Systems Analysis.

Skills required: Experience in Business and Systems Analytics. Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Analytics. Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, JIRA Tracking, JIRA, XML. Experience with Web Services API, Java. Experience in Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivots, Formulas; Microsoft Project Plan; Gantt chart. Experience with intelligence reporting tools: Dashboards, Salesforce Reporting, and Tableau. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
