What you'll do at

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area through analytics and data sciences. Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management. Work with a team of high-performing analytics, data science professionals and product managers to identify business opportunities and optimize product performance/engagement. Own end-to-end product analytics - analyze and mine both structured and unstructured data to drive product centric as well as user centric insights. Develop and test analytical solutions to be leveraged by both internal and external clients. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage insights across multiple pyramids throughout the organization. Leverage technical skills to provide analytical insights to the global product organization and be responsible for leading reviews with senior management; take ownership of performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives. Support the analytical needs of the global product management team (Discovery), including routine reporting, ad hoc, statistical inference and predictive modeling for our global expansion. Leverage data engineering experience, including SQL and experience in manipulating structured and unstructured data sources for analysis. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience in product management/planning or related field.

Skills required: Experience with Excel, SQL, and reporting techniques. Experience using analytical and statistical techniques to gather, analyze, and synthesize data. Experience in eCommerce/Retail. Experience with SAS. Experience in Data Analysis and Data Science. Experience in AB Testing. Demonstrated knowledge of Hive. Demonstrated knowledge of R. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
