What you'll do at

Sr. Manager Regional Compliance Ethics, Oxford MS
• Drives compliance improvement across the region by leading the execution of compliance assessments and audits; overseeing the development of plans to correct deficiencies; ensuring timely execution of plans; preparing regional-level reports and presentations
• Oversees compliance training and education to provide and support compliance execution improvement by developing and monitoring the compliance training strategy; analyzing compliance data to determine any trends or areas of opportunity
• Drives regulatory outreach to build relationships and influences decisions for risk monitoring and mitigation by ensuring the company's compliance programs, policies, procedures, and reports are communicated in a persuasive, accurate, and understandable way to regulators
• Identifies, analyzes, and reports compliance information for Walmart, Sam's Club, and Walmart Logistics facilities to understand risk exposure in area of responsibility, determine key areas of regulatory focus, and develop strategies to drive compliance improvement
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance;
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in pre-law, political science, business, social science, or related field; and 2 years experience in regulatory compliance or related field including interaction with regulatory agencies or specific subject matter expertise in a compliance-related field (for example, weights and measures, environmental, food safety) OR 4 years experience in regulatory compliance or related field including interaction with regulatory agencies or specific subject matter expertise in a compliance-related field (for example, weights and measures, environmental, food safety) OR 4 years experience in retail store management at the Walmart Store Manager level or equivalent external experience including oversight of compliance execution (for example, food safety, HAZMAT).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing, conducting, or facilitating training courses or programs.
• Experience supervising direct reports.
• Master's Degree in political science, business, social science, or related field.
• Law Degree.
