What you'll do at

  • Coordinates system changes with Customers and other system areas
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Develops and implements system solutions, within the guidelines identified in the Information Systems Development Life Cycle (ISDLC), that have high availability and scalability consistent with Customer needs
  • Develops team member capabilities

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 1 and 1/2 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 5 years OR 3 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 5 years OR a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

-Develops relationships with key business partners and Customers by seeking feedback relative to their business needs by interfacing with them on a regular basis and participating in Customer meetings
-Assisting in transforming Customer needs into technical solutions that deliver business value and improve business practices and engaging suppliers to drive solutions for the business
-Design cost effective digital solutions
-Provide support documentation and communicate with first and second level support groups
-Developing technology roadmaps for enhancing current technologies or adding new functionalities
-Researching latest digital technologies and test in network lab environment
-Coordinate with multiple vendors, associates, and customers to ensure projects are completed within expected delivery dates
-Provide network diagram details to current and potential vendors for current strategies or new projects
-Provide and configure standard network port configurations for Stores and DC’s
-Coordinate “Live” video broadcasts to the field in short notice
-Physical installation of TV’s and media players
-Administrating Content Management web GUI for User access and credentials, Content Delivery, end device monitoring and troubleshooting, naming conventions, group associates, and playlist modifications
- Provides project management for small to large projects by completing project documentation and assigning tasks to project participants
-Provides support for infrastructure problems by monitoring the team's support queue, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, identifying the root causes of problems, ensuring corrective action is taken following problem identification
-Holding suppliers accountable for delivering designing of new projects and support for current strategies
-Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans
