What you'll do at

Our eCommerce is fueling the growth of Samsclub and our goal is to create a premiere Product Management organization who will lead this company into the future. To that end, the Digital Experience team at Walmart Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the re-order your essentials function and help drive order frequency. This role has strong opportunities to innovate, with full support from senior leadership. It requires someone with deep knowledge of the product management process, previous experience crafting end-to-end experiences for the customer journey, and a strong passion for helping both Samslcub and the customer succeed.

The ideal candidate is design-centric, fluent in the data and the business model, actively communicates both up and down the org, and is results-oriented with a strong bias for action. This individual is an evangelist for the needs of both the customer and the business, and has a deep understanding of the customers’ job to be done. She/he is an excellent communicator and builds strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally. This individual will be skilled in working across departments to collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Application Architects, Engineering, Program Managers, QA, and Operations teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management
  • Drive the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects
  • Manage vendor relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field .
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • E-commerce experience
    • Personalization experience
    • MBA preferred
