What you'll do
We are seeking a seasoned Director, Product Management with experience in Full Product life Cycle Management( Business/IT Platform), Cross functional team/Relationship Management and Resource Management.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and manage portfolio of products related to Merchandising - define product vision and strategies supported by internal and external analysis.
• Actively build relationships with senior leadership in business, user experience and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
• Lead a team of product managers who would be working across the merchandising function: From building tools for merchants and associates at corporate office and Clubs.
• Coach and educate the organization on product mindset and agile way of working.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, product, and technical goals.
• Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business goals, technical solution, legal, and all customer and seller-facing aspects.
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors + 7 years experience OR 11 years experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience leading product(s) in a cross-functional teams and in ambiguous environment
