What you'll do at

  • Develops and implements compliance best practices and risk mitigation strategies across division, region, market, and club management
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Identifies the need for and supports development of comprehensive compliance training programs to empower field associates
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides data-based insights for compliance strategies
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years experience managing and maintaining compliance programs, projects, or governance processes.
  • 4 years experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, or related field and 4 years experience in project management, regulatory compliance, risk management, or related field OR 6 years experience in project management, regulatory compliance, risk management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in Sam s Club Operations.
  • 4 years change management experience or experience implementing process improvements.
  • Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certification or change management certification.
  • Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, or related field.
  • Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) certification.
