A Fulfillment Center Associate is responsible for performing various fulfillment center functions as needed including but not limited to receiving, picking and packing and shipping of products to fulfill customer orders in a safe, efficient and accurate manner in order to provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards and production goals.

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

18 years of age or older required.
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 75 lbs. throughout a shift required.
Previous PIT or product moving equipment a plus.
Previous experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
Read, understand and perform job functions in compliance with all process manuals and other training material and complete proper training period for job functions with successful results required.
Work independently and in a team environment required.
Accurately perform basic math skills required.
Good oral and written communication skills required.
Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after completing training required.
Ability to operate or be trained to operate all power equipment safely required.
Climbing, kneeling and squatting as needed.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position required.
Adhere to company attendance policy required.
Ability to work in an environment with moderate variations in temperature required.
Ability to readily understand, respond and react to both oral and written work direction required.
Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed required.
Ability to stand for long periods of time required.
Knowledge and ability required to perform the functions of the job.
