What you'll do at

The Partner Operations team models Operational Excellence and seeks to continually improve our partner support and operations processes. Partner Operations strives daily to provide a best-in-class experience for our internal and external partners. The Assistant Manager will oversee small to mid-size projects that impact partner experience such documenting processes, facilitating ad-hoc communication to partners and supporting team initiatives.

Position Description

• Manages bite-size to mid-size Partner Operations tasks and projects, going above and beyond to deliver the best partner experience
• An exceptional communicator, both in written correspondence and in-person conversations with cross-functional partners and external contacts
• Comfortable with ambiguity and displays initiative when asked to figure something out with little supervision
• Highly detailed and organized with experience using tools like Salesforce, Asana, JIRA
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and proactively seeks opportunities to jump in and assist
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications

Min qualifications
• Bachelors degree and 2+ years retail, support or operations experience, or 4 years related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to identify and manage priorities with little supervision
