- Build a high-performing team. Lead and develop an 18-person organization with a strong culture of ownership, financial discipline, continuous improvement, and results.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing complex operating and capital plans; finance, real estate finance, facilities, or another asset-intensive environment is especially relevant.
- Advanced forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions.
- A track record of identifying financial risks and opportunities early and driving action to deliver against commitments.
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions.
