What you'll do:

• Support business area strategies by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing aligned recommendations.
• Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies through monitoring and implementing action plans.
• Handle escalated customer service issues, providing benefits education, technical support, and resolving complex inquiries.
• Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely maintenance and user support.
• Administer security access protocols, perform validations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards while fostering positive relationships and continuous development.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Expertise in benefits administration, including resolving complex benefits inquiries and providing education.
• Ability to manage escalated customer service issues with professionalism and effective communication.
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to resolve complex challenges.
• Experience supporting technical equipment, software, and network requests to maintain operational efficiency.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all business practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
