What you'll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
• Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
• Execute seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold safe conditions.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
• Ability to evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
• Ability to document work accurately using electronic devices and maintain equipment inventory.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.

Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card, Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years., Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years., Experience in power washing/exterior maintenance., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
