What you'll do...

Position: Senior Software Engineer

Location: 10900 NE 4th Street, Floor 8, Bellevue, WA 98004

Duties: Build and support GenAI Super Agent, Wibey, to help developers find information to build, deploy, troubleshoot, and support their applications. Research and understand GenAI frameworks and concepts and their impact on Wibey, such as A2A, MCP, and prompt engineering to improve upon and guide other developers in implementation of these new protocols. Partner with other development teams to integrate and enable other agents to be orchestrated by Wibey. Enhance software features, manage infrastructure components, and participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle. Partner with technical leads and product managers to architect and develop new features. Work with more junior developers, assisting them in implementation of your designs. Write clean, scalable, well-tested quality User interface (UI) software components, API services, and other backend components. Implement enhancements and build new features to support GenAI improvements that accelerate the software development process. Ensure quality via automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployment. Provide for operational excellence by implementing monitoring and alerting, reacting to alerts and violations, troubleshooting technical issues, and leveraging experience to mentor and guide more junior team members.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related area and 3 years of experience in software engineering or related area; OR Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related area and 1 year of experience in software engineering or related area. 

Skills Required: Experience collaborating with product managers and technical leads to translate requirements into technical design. Experience developing and implementing software and microsites using DX SDK. Experience with monitoring SLAs and alerts. Experience troubleshooting technical issues in an on-call rotation. Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, service-oriented full-stack web applications. Experience implementing automated testing and continuous integration. Experience designing and implementing REST API web services. Experience coding in Java, Python, and TypeScript. Experience automating tasks by writing and deploying recurring scripts. Experience creating front-end user interfaces and user experiences using React.js. Experience using CSS to create animations and custom designs. Experience transforming UI mockups into interactive experiences on the web. Experience investigating and improving speed and load times for web services. Experience with SQL and NoSQL database usage and development. Experience automating testing and ensuring stability by writing appropriate tests. Experience writing technical documentation with code snippets and flow diagrams. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $149,240/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
