What you'll do:

• Provide attentive customer service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing displays, and removing damaged or outdated items.
• Support store operations by retrieving carts, assisting with item transport, and loading merchandise into vehicles.
• Receive, sort, and organize merchandise in the backroom following safety and company procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately using store equipment and adhere to payment policies.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized, performing routine maintenance on equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in maintaining merchandise presentation, including stocking, pricing, and organizing product displays.
• Strong skills in operating point-of-sale equipment and processing customer transactions accurately.

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 - $17.55* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
