Position Summary...

As a Senior Analyst, Partnership, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing retail partner relationships through data-driven insights and strategic account management. This position involves analyzing sales trends, resolving complex partner inquiries, and collaborating across teams to optimize partnership performance. You will contribute to the development and execution of action plans that drive business growth while mentoring colleagues to elevate team capabilities. What You’ll Bring…

• Develop account strategies by analyzing pricing rules and sales data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
• Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and brands to resolve escalated issues and enhance collaboration.
• Support partner integration by researching requirements and assisting with onboarding processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track partnership performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner questions and optimize subcategory results.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members to build skills and improve performance.
• Provide expert guidance to support business solutions aligned with company policies and values.

You’ll sweep us off our feet…

• 2+ years in eCommerce, online marketplaces, or omni-channel retail environments, supporting brands, sellers, vendors, or retail partners.
• 2+ years of experience managing relationships with brands, sellers, vendors, distributors, or retail partners.
• Experience supporting brands, sellers, vendors, or retail partners within Apparel, Beauty, Fashion, Home, Food, Consumables, Entertainment, Toys, or Seasonal merchandise categories.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience leveraging AI-powered tools to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and improve operational productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and drive results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $80,168.40 - $132,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00 - $143,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
