What you'll do:

• Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries to identify gaps between business goals and user experience.
• Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that inform design strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and align research outcomes with business objectives.
• Develop and refine user journey maps and storyboards to enhance interaction design.
• Lead usability testing efforts and iterate designs based on findings to improve product experience.
• Communicate research findings clearly to influence design decisions and build consensus across teams.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive knowledge of user experience strategies, including user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping to identify gaps and improve design outcomes.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative research data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Strong skills in stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication to build effective functional partnerships.
• Expertise in synthesizing complex information and independently proposing solutions for interactive design challenges.
• Experience guiding research processes and translating findings into strategic business and design recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in market research, business analysis, UX design research, or related area.

Driving product development in a design research area, Market Research, Business Analysis, UX Design Research, or related area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), Research or design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
