The Principal, Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in aligning talent strategies with business objectives by providing expert guidance to stakeholders on complex recruitment challenges. The role requires strong collaboration across functions to deliver innovative hiring solutions, manage large-scale projects, and continuously improve recruitment processes. About the team:
The Walmart Global Tech Talent Acquisition team leads strategic technology hiring across multiple U.S. business units, supporting engineering, data, product, and infrastructure growth. As trusted talent advisors, the team partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, skill segmentation, and hiring velocity. Utilizing market intelligence, data insights, and structured assessments, they enhance hiring quality and build long-term capabilities. Managing complex, high-volume technical recruitment, the team influences organizational design and business outcomes, fostering sustainable hiring models that support Walmart’s innovation and growth.
What you'll do:

• Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders by translating talent needs into actionable recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to design and implement effective assessment frameworks and interview processes.
• Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using advanced techniques and digital tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects employing agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
• Analyze talent data and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance recruiting capabilities and candidate experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent acquisition efforts with evolving business priorities.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a strong understanding of business unit needs and strategic alignment.
• Proven ability to consult and influence business leaders on talent assessment and recruitment strategies.
• Expertise in developing and executing proactive recruiting plans using advanced sourcing techniques and digital tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects using agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics to drive talent strategy and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and coach team members effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
