What you'll do...

Job Description

  • Work with the Production Scheduler to develop weekly production plans and ensure the appropriate materials are available to support production lines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors while monitoring plant performance to ensure daily operations meet production targets and business objectives.
  • Partner with the Maintenance team to establish work priorities and identify production-area work windows for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to support associate-driven improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production performance.
  • Ensure all production areas, facility equipment, and personnel comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment, produce wholesome products, and ensure audit readiness.
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by:
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Supporting plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs.
    • Identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
    • Building accountability and measuring progress toward achieving results.
    • Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
    • Demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by:

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, food science, engineering, business management, or related area and 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
Option 2: 10 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing or dairy processing.
