What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, sanitation, and mechanical functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve obstacles and facilitate smooth workflows.
• Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance reliability.
• Coordinate crisis management and warranty claim processes to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide guidance and training to teams, fostering continuous improvement and technical proficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and compliance.
• Strong vendor management skills, including contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and partnership development.
• Demonstrated business acumen to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Advanced technical acumen to troubleshoot, maintain, and support facility equipment and systems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and present data-driven insights.
• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and crisis management within maintenance operations.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
