The Manager, Product Development oversees product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure alignment with quality standards and customer needs. What you'll do:

• Manage product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and trend analysis to inform product strategies and specifications.
• Oversee sample assortments, product approvals, and performance metric tracking to support merchandising goals.
• Perform root cause analysis on product issues and recommend effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Lead cross-functional communication to maintain alignment and meet production timelines.
• Support sourcing activities by validating documentation and assisting with special projects.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

• Strong expertise in cross-functional project management and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct root cause and trend analysis, and apply customer insights to drive product strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
