The team drives growth and retention for Sam’s Club and Walmart+ by leveraging personalization strategies. It focuses on delivering tailored member experiences through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. Collaborating across functions, the team identifies market opportunities and shapes product roadmaps that enhance customer engagement. By applying expertise in product strategy and lifecycle management, the team continuously refines offerings to meet evolving member needs. This group plays a critical role in advancing innovation and sustaining competitive advantage within the membership business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable impact.
What you'll do:

• Define and evolve product strategies across multiple related products, leveraging market insights and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide long-term direction.
• Lead development and management of comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.
• Drive organization-level decisions through deep domain expertise, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and usage data to inform prioritized, measurable problem statements and success metrics.
• Oversee product lifecycle from MVP creation to launch execution, risk mitigation, and ongoing optimization.
• Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline and organizational capability.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in product strategy and roadmap development across multiple related products or sizable product areas.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven decision making using advanced analytics, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence at senior leadership levels.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, including MVP creation, launch execution, and long-term optimization.
• Proficiency in leveraging market opportunities and emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to shape product vision.
• Demonstrated skill in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to guide enterprise prioritization and strategic alignment.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
