By integrating AI agents and advanced technical solutions, the team supports millions of users while aligning with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration. Members contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and adopting innovative tools. What you'll do:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and agents.
- Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.
- Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services.
- Mentor engineers across teams, fostering continuous learning and high standards in design and delivery.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, automating processes to improve engineering velocity.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Proven ability to lead system-level technical execution, ensuring architectural integrity and operational excellence.
- Strong expertise in reliability engineering, platform design, and database abstraction layers.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
