The team communicates operational expectations to suppliers and transportation partners, addressing performance and driving accountability. Focused on continuous improvement, it designs and implements efficient processes that reduce waste and costs while improving service levels. Leveraging end-to-end supply chain and lean methodologies, the team advances operational performance and supports the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
What you'll do:

• Direct supply chain execution to optimize product flow from suppliers to stores, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and constraints impacting supply chain performance.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and simplify workflows using lean methodologies.
• Manage relationships with external partners, overseeing compliance, performance measurement, and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans based on business objectives, customer needs, and cost analysis.
• Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
• Promote integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused culture across teams and partnerships.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
