Focused on continuous improvement, it designs and implements efficient processes that reduce waste and costs while improving service levels. Leveraging end-to-end supply chain and lean methodologies, the team advances operational performance and supports the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
What you'll do:
- Direct supply chain execution to optimize product flow from suppliers to stores, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and constraints impacting supply chain performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and simplify workflows using lean methodologies.
- Manage relationships with external partners, overseeing compliance, performance measurement, and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans based on business objectives, customer needs, and cost analysis.
- Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
- Promote integrity, accountability, and a customer-focused culture across teams and partnerships.
What you'll bring:

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
