Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team drives innovative storytelling and visual narratives that engage customers effectively. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and seamless campaign execution, the team ensures timely delivery of relevant content that supports business growth and enhances customer experience across multiple platforms.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and influence cross-divisional discussions, presenting clear, data-driven narratives to guide business decisions.
  • Design and implement targeted customer engagement strategies using advanced analytics and market insights.
  • Oversee editorial governance, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance with quality and branding standards.
  • Manage content development across platforms, integrating market trends and customer preferences to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchant teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Forecast market trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment.

  • Experience leading editorial best practices, governance, and quality standards for multi-platform content management.
  • Ability to analyze market data and forecast trends to drive innovative content and promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, providing feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
