The team develops innovative products that enable the merchandising group to curate localized assortments efficiently and competitively, enhancing customer convenience and value. They apply user experience design principles, conduct comprehensive user research, and engage stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. Focused on continuous improvement, the team uses data-driven insights to optimize interaction designs and deliver seamless solutions. Collaboration across functions ensures scalable, user-centered products that address evolving market needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance.
What you'll do:

• Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align UX design initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
• Oversee the creation of user journeys, storyboards, and prototypes to enhance interaction design and usability.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating user feedback and testing outcomes to refine design solutions.
• Manage and mentor UX design teams, fostering professional growth and adherence to design standards.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships to support innovation and effective delivery of customer-centric products.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive expertise in user experience design, including user research, journey mapping, and interaction design principles.
• Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively, fostering strategic partnerships across business functions.
• Strong skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research to inform design strategies and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align UX initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• Proficiency in driving usability testing, prototyping, and visual design to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in talent development, mentoring, and fostering a culture of integrity and high performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 8 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.

Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
