Position Summary...

Walmart Connect is a leading ad tech platform committed to delivering innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Ad Policy Operations (Enforcement) to lead and operationalize the end-to-end enforcement and moderation ecosystem, driving a scalable, high-performing operating model across people, processes, tooling, and governance.

This role will own the operational strategy and execution of enforcement operations, ensuring consistent decision-making, scalable workflows, and strong alignment between policy intent, moderation execution, and business needs. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and support a predictable, high-quality advertiser and internal experience.

What you'll do...

Operational Leadership & Strategy 
  • Own and evolve the enforcement and moderation operating model, including workflows, governance, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination 
  • Drive operational strategy and process improvements to increase consistency, scalability, and execution quality 
  • Establish structured ways of working and operational standards across internal and offshore moderation teams 
     
Team Leadership 
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts, setting clear priorities, expectations, and performance standards 
  • Drive accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across the team 
     
Enforcement Execution & Governance 
  • Oversee complex and high-impact escalations, ensuring consistent, well-reasoned decisions aligned to policy and business context 
  • Define escalation pathways, decision standards, and quality controls 
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve intake, triage, and resolution workflows 
     
Data & Performance Management 
  • Establish and own key metrics for enforcement performance, operational quality, and trend analysis 
  • Use data and insights to identify root causes and drive operational improvements 
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to improve operational visibility, tooling effectiveness, and workflow management 
     
Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication 
  • Collaborate with Product, RevOps, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to improve operational effectiveness and scalability 
  • Translate complex policy and operational concepts into clear, actionable guidance 
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders through strong communication and influence 
     
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred 
  • 8+ years of experience in advertising, policy, operations, compliance, trust & safety, or risk management  
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming operational functions in complex or high-growth environments, including leading large-scale operational improvements, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives 
  • 3+ years of management consulting or equivalent strategic problem-solving experience strongly preferred  
  • Experience managing teams, including managers and individual contributors 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, operational problem-solving, change management, and communication skills 
  • Ability to operate effectively in highly cross-functional and evolving environments 
  • Advertising or ad tech experience strongly preferred 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven recommendations and actionable insights
     
Communication 
  • Translate complex data, operational trends, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations 
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders through strong communication, influence, and structured problem solving
     
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Advertising, or a related field preferred 
  • 6–8 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, compliance, trust & safety, or related fields 
  • Proven experience building reporting frameworks, operational metrics, business reviews, and performance measurement programs 
  • 2–3 years of management consulting or equivalent strategic problem-solving experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, operational problem-solving, and communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
