About the team:

The team consists of People Business Partners supporting Global Technology functions by aligning human resources strategies with business goals. They focus on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change while collaborating with stakeholders to implement project management and ensure policy compliance. Emphasizing strategic and succession planning alongside performance management, the team drives continuous development. Leveraging strong business acumen and leadership, they foster a high-performing environment that advances operational excellence and supports the company’s global objectives across multiple functions.
  What you'll do:

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and legal regulations while promoting a culture of integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Define and advise on human resources strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze HR and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment focused on talent development and engagement.

• Proven experience in human resource management with a focus on organizational change and talent planning.
• Strong ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve business performance and compliance.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Expertise in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
