Position: Staff, Technology Operations

Job Location: 10900 NE 4th Street, Floor 8, Bellevue, WA 98004

Duties: Create, manage, and monitor program budget. Provide estimation/budgeting inputs to Business cases, Annual Operating Plan AOPs, Long Range Plan, LRPs. Monitor delivery schedules and cost expenditure for the program. Project the ROI of future programs. Assess and identify the resources required for successful completion of the project of small to medium complexity. Identify potential risks for successful completion of the project. Participate in business task to get things done in own unit or area. Communicate key considerations for business decision making process. Comment on the organizations business model and financial goals. Cite examples of types of information needed to make sound business decisions. Develop, evaluate and implement proposed scenarios for projects and initiatives. Provide Tech insights to influence stakeholder decision making. Translate business unit/domain requirements into strategies, initiatives, and projects and align them to business strategy and objectives and drive the execution of deliverables. Demonstrate practical knowledge of multiple business units/organizations. Build and articulate the business case and return on investment and deliver work that has demonstrable value. Challenge technology assumptions on topics related to one's domain of expertise. Develop new organization-wide processes and ways of working related to one's domain of expertise. Understand business requirements and priorities to define an integrated plan for implementation of largescale organizational program (10+ vertical tracks). Define the charter, statement of work, module owners and performance measurement baselines for all modules within the program. Apply understanding of operational and financial factors that drive organizational success and the interdependencies between business functions to recommend solutions that work across business units/functions. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Technology Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related area and 2 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Technology Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related area and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Skills required: Experience providing technical insights to influence stakeholder decision-making and program direction. Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable strategies, technical initiatives, and execution roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring effective delivery through structured planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance tracking. Experience analyzing market size and seller demand to assess the feasibility of launching new services, using top-down and bottom-up modeling, competitive benchmarking, and pricing/ROI analysis to evaluate profitability, service viability, and seller adoption potential. Experience developing long-term strategies and roadmaps for ocean shipping services to drive program success and to achieve organizational objectives. Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Planner to manage projects, including planning, scoping, executing, risk mitigation to ensure deliverables are completed timely and within budget. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Code Puppy to elevate data analysis, automate workflows, and enhance operational efficiency, including generating complex SQL queries, validating data models, and interpreting analytical outputs. Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely decision-making, and successful program execution. Experience identifying areas for improvement, analyzing program challenges, and implementing solutions to drive program success. Experience conducting market research and analyzing trends to anticipate marketplace seller needs and inform program strategies. Experience managing end-to-end supply chain and transportation operations to optimize network performance and deliver fast, reliable, and cost-efficient shipping solutions through data-driven planning, carrier performance management, and process optimization Experience developing dashboards and visualizations to track and analyze program performance metric and generate actionable insights through analytics tools Looker, SQL and Tableau. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $125,944/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
