The Manager, Incubation & Onboarding leads the development and execution of marketplace strategies, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and operational excellence. This role oversees daily eCommerce functions, customer service, and merchandising performance while managing relationships with digital agencies and internal teams. By driving continuous improvement and resolving technical challenges, the manager enhances seller satisfaction and marketplace results. The position fosters a high-performing team environment through coaching and development, upholds ethical standards, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the team:
The Incubation & Onboarding team is essential in connecting new sellers to Walmart’s marketplace and accelerating their sales growth. This team manages multiple onboarding projects, guiding sellers through account activation, item setup, and adoption of best practices aligned with business goals. Collaborating closely with sellers and internal partners, they ensure a seamless onboarding experience while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The team emphasizes strong relationship management, monitors key performance indicators, and provides technical and strategic support to promote successful marketplace integration and sustained seller growth.
What you'll do:

• Oversee marketplace strategy, managing forecasts, performance metrics, and daily eCommerce operations to ensure optimal site functionality and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including account setup, product integration, and technical support to drive seamless marketplace participation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement continuous improvements in onboarding and marketplace processes.
• Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, supporting plans and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor associates, fostering professional growth and promoting a positive, ethical work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and marketplace operations with a focus on performance metrics and strategic objectives.
• Strong expertise in partner onboarding processes, including account creation, product integration, and technical support.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce, and data-driven approaches to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing associates while promoting ethical standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and support business goals effectively.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
