What you'll do:

• Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and guide implementation of corrective actions across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and cross-functional project execution.
• Develop and evaluate corporate development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions screening, valuation, and due diligence.
• Manage multiple M&A projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, resources, and quality standards.
• Facilitate negotiation preparations and support contract discussions with data-driven insights.
• Monitor financial performance, forecast risks, and recommend business-centric solutions.
• Communicate strategic impacts clearly to senior leadership and influence decision-making.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions strategy with proven ability to lead complex projects and negotiations.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze performance, forecast changes, and develop business-centric solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Expertise in project and program management, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, propose corrective actions, and drive strategic alignment across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in business development and negotiation to support deal execution and value creation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
