What you'll do:
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives and guide implementation of corrective actions across functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and cross-functional project execution.
- Develop and evaluate corporate development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions screening, valuation, and due diligence.
- Manage multiple M&A projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, resources, and quality standards.
- Facilitate negotiation preparations and support contract discussions with data-driven insights.
- Monitor financial performance, forecast risks, and recommend business-centric solutions.
- Communicate strategic impacts clearly to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions strategy with proven ability to lead complex projects and negotiations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
