What you'll do...

The Market Planning and Strategy team is responsible for understanding merchants and leading campaigns to execute strategic initiatives. Our mission is to drive impactful marketing strategies that align with business goals and optimize reporting to ensure success. As the Senior Manager of Market Planning and Strategy, you will partner with channels, creative teams, and other parts of marketing to deliver comprehensive marketing plans. You will stay close to the business and act as a strategic partner.

• Lead Campaigns: Understand merchants and lead campaigns to execute strategy.
• Collaborate: Partner with channels, creative teams, and other parts of marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Optimize Reporting: Analyze results and optimize reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Business Partnership: Stay close to the business and act as their partner to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Services Partnering: Collaborate with the services partnering team across various domains including financial services, health & wellness, pharmacy, vision center, and merchandising.

  Deal Breakers (Must Haves): Marketing Experience: 6-9 years of experience in marketing. Brief Writing Experience: Ability to write effective briefs. Strong Relationship & Partnership Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships. Strong Communicator: Ability to translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives and influence stakeholders through both visual and verbal communication Highly Motivated: Demonstrated motivation and drive. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
