What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Lead sales strategy execution, managing key accounts and negotiating purchases aligned with procurement guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet customer and business needs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing team members to foster high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Utilize data and customer insights to inform plans and continuously improve sales processes and results.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
