What you'll do:
- Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including associates, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to align project plans with corporate strategies.
- Oversee merchandise placement, equipment installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor performance to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational impact.
- Provide guidance and direction to associates and third-party supervisors on project processes and procedures.
- Identify and resolve project obstacles, adjusting plans to maintain progress and quality.
- Support continuous improvement by applying expertise and promoting accountability across teams.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in managing complex realty or construction projects with accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving results.
- Effective communication abilities to engage stakeholders, lead meetings, and convey project plans clearly.
- Ability to analyze project impacts on budgets, operations, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Leadership experience directing associates and vendors, fostering accountability, and supporting associate development.
- Adaptability to manage competing demands and implement continuous improvements aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
