Our team comprises subject matter experts managing a vast security technology environment worldwide. We deliver advanced technical support across systems such as CCTV, alarms, intrusion, and access control. Collaborating across functions, the team resolves escalations, engineers solutions, and enhances processes. Members apply their expertise to provide effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals. What you'll do:

• Coordinate support and assurance intitiatives by analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending action plans to management.
• Schedule and assign daily activities to stakeholders while monitoring solution delivery.
• Support business systems and key performance metrics through data management, reporting, and technical assistance.
• Maintain accurate database entries to assure that key projects and systems operate with the most up-to-date information.
• Manage visitor check-in/out processes, ensuring compliance with policies and verifying approvals.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to meet business priorities, provide feedback, and adapt to change.
• Develop and implement processes to improve operations by collaborating with partners and monitoring results.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in coordinating security projects, including data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in managing business systems and maintaining key performance metrics through accurate data reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical support.
• Expertise in process improvement
• Solid project management capabilities with attention to SLAs and resource coordination.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
