Role summary:The Senior Coordinator, Plan Enrollment, plays a critical role in evaluating and ensuring compliance with government payer support programs and contract requirements. What you'll do:
- Evaluate government payer support programs and contract requirements to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Analyze current and forecasted data to assess contract feasibility and recommend operational changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate contract needs and support execution processes.
- Develop and implement action plans addressing compliance and program improvement opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on program implementation and best practices to senior leadership and business contacts.
- Monitor progress, identify improvement areas, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business demands.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering positive stakeholder relationships.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
