About the team:
The team specializes in leveraging advanced analytics, including AB testing, product analytics, and business analytics, to drive data-informed decisions. Collaborating across functions, the team supports business objectives by identifying data sources, ensuring data quality, and developing scalable models. Members utilize programming skills in Python and exploratory data analysis to solve complex problems. The team fosters continuous learning and innovation, delivering impactful solutions that enhance business performance and customer experiences through strategic data initiatives.
What you'll do:

• Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytics initiatives.
• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate analysis and modeling.
• Develop, validate, and tune predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable models and monitor their performance.
• Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Proficiency in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
• Strong skills in exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with data strategy, including data quality assessment, data governance, and scalable data storage solutions.
• Ability to evaluate, validate, and tune models using appropriate metrics and best practices.
• Knowledge of business domains to translate requirements into actionable data insights and solutions.
• Effective communication skills to present data findings clearly to stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
