As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives through advanced modeling, scalable analytics solutions, and cross-functional business partnership. You will partner closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver actionable insights that drive measurable business value. You are equally comfortable influencing executives, building analytical frameworks, mentoring peers, and translating complex data into compelling business recommendations. What You’ll Do As a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of advanced analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the business. You will oversee complex projects, guide analytics strategy, and build scalable models and solutions that improve operational and business outcomes. You’ll make an impact by:- Consulting with senior leadership and business partners to understand strategic goals, identify key business challenges, and develop data-driven solutions and success criteria.
- Contributing to business area strategic planning through actionable recommendations and analytical insights that drive measurable impact.
- Leading the development and execution of advanced analytics to solve complex business and technical problems.
- Developing scalable models, algorithms, and analytical approaches that support strategic initiatives and drive business value.
- Managing the end-to-end execution of complex analytics projects, including implementation planning, risk mitigation, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Leading the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready analytical solutions for large-scale business challenges.
- Evaluating and applying emerging analytical methodologies and data science techniques to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Category Management, and Operations to develop consultative analytics solutions.
- Translating analytical findings into clear, compelling business insights and executive-level recommendations.
- Identifying customer and operational needs, developing business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact execution and performance.
- Driving continuous improvement through performance measurement, data analysis strategies, and scalable reporting frameworks.
- Collaborating with external business partners and vendors to support analytics initiatives and strategic programs.
- Anticipating future trends and opportunities through advanced analysis and strategic forecasting.
- Mentoring less experienced associates and contributing to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, business intelligence, and large-scale data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable analytical solutions from concept through implementation.
- Experience developing models, algorithms, prototypes, and production-ready analytical frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical insights to strategic business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, merchandising, customer experience, operations, or related business environments preferred.
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, experimentation frameworks, or advanced statistical techniques preferred.
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred.
