Senior Manager, Finance - Merchandising, Central Decision Support

Position Summary...

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager, Finance to join our Merchandising Central Decision Support team. This role is responsible for enabling decision-making through data, financial analysis, and actionable insights that advance high-priority strategic initiatives across Merchandising.

The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders. This individual will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop scalable analytical solutions, and partner closely with stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and measurable business impact.

What you'll do...

• Lead decision support for high-priority initiatives across Merchandising by translating financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations  
• Own analysis for strategic projects, including problem framing, modeling, scenario analysis, business case development, and performance tracking  
• Develop and maintain financial models that identify trends, quantify opportunities, and assess business impact  
• Partner across Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and data teams to align on priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive coordinated outcomes  
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and presentations that clearly communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions  
• Strengthen planning, reporting, and decision-support processes by improving rigor, consistency, and business relevance  

What you’ll bring 

• Experience in finance, strategy, or analytics, with a strong track record of supporting business decisions through financial analysis and data-driven insight  
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to connect performance, drivers, and decisions to broader business outcomes  
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and opportunity sizing  
• Proficiency with semantic models, SQL, and AI tools, with the ability to work directly with data to generate actionable insights  
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous work, manage competing priorities, and drive progress across complex initiatives  
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence decisions across functions and levels  
• Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise business implications and recommendations  
• High standards for accuracy, judgment, control, and execution in a fast-paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
