Join Walmart’s Global Tax team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. You’ll be the operational hub—owning complex calendars, coordinating travel and business events, and ensuring leaders have the information, materials, and time they need to make decisions. About Global Tax
Global Tax supports Walmart’s business by enabling compliant, efficient tax operations and advising on decisions that impact the company worldwide. The team partners closely with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to manage priorities, timelines, and sensitive information with precision. In this role, you’ll help keep the organization running smoothly—connecting stakeholders, coordinating key meetings and events, and ensuring leaders are prepared to execute on critical deliverables.

What you'll do...

• Coordinate projects, business events, and travel logistics—timelines, agendas, resources, and technology needs
• Manage complex leadership calendars, anticipate prep time, and secure meeting rooms/facilities
• Draft, edit, and send communications; triage and prioritize incoming messages and follow-ups
• Process invoices and expense reports; compile and maintain reports, templates, and confidential data
• Serve as a key contact, filter requests, and coordinate with internal/external partners and visiting guests

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting senior leaders with complex calendar management and high-volume scheduling
• Proven ability to coordinate travel, events, and multi-stakeholder meetings with minimal direction
• Strong written communication skills (drafting/editing executive-ready messages and documents)
• Comfort handling financial admin tasks (expenses, invoices, reporting) with accuracy and discretion
• Ability to prioritize competing requests, escalate risks, and protect sensitive/confidential information

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
