Role summary:
The Senior Director, Technical Program Management, leads the strategic planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across the enterprise. This role will lead and oversee organizational change management for processes, tools, governance forums, and ways of working to ensure effective execution of enterprise, segment and area priorities.
By leveraging deep technical expertise and program/change management best practices, the position fosters innovation, optimizes resource efficiency, and mitigates risks. The leader mentors teams, influences cross-functional collaboration, and champions data-driven decision-making to achieve impactful results in a dynamic technology environment.

We equip product managers worldwide with advanced tools and technology to exceed objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, we develop strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals. The team promotes innovation by continuously evaluating emerging trends and ensures efficient resource allocation. Committed to excellence, we support scalable product development and deliver solutions addressing complex customer needs while maintaining alignment with overall company strategy.
What you'll do:
Lead change management to shift how cross-functional teams prioritize, sequence, and execute work.
Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define and implement program strategies, frameworks, and processes to optimize resource efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus, manage dependencies, and resolve cross-functional challenges.
Oversee technical design decisions, ensuring scalable, modular, and secure system architectures.
Mentor and guide teams on engineering practices, program management methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
Drive data-informed decision-making and communicate program status to executive leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to maintain program momentum and quality outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Extensive experience in process and technology change management in large, complex companies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, software lifecycle, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in developing and implementing frameworks to improve operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Exceptional communication skills to unify teams and present to executive leadership effectively.
Analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement.
Enterprise Alignment – creating consistent understanding and ways of working across Strategy, Business, Product, and Engineering, reducing churn and increasing focus.
Enterprise Adoption – ensuring priorities are embedded into day-to-day execution across Product, Engineer and Business teams.
Technical Fluency in Action – identifying architectural constraints, capacity considerations, and platform dependencies early enough to influence prioritization.
Narrative Excellence – delivering succinct, executive-ready communication that elevates value, risks, and required decisions.
Cross-Functional Influence – building trusted partnerships across segments and functions, fostering shared ownership of enterprise outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
