About the team:
The Enterprise Program Management Organization at VIZIO ensures the seamless development of features with a strong focus on quality and customer experience. This team excels in collaborating across multiple functions while supporting autonomous decision-making to deliver trusted products. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads coordination and delivery for software initiatives within Homescreen and Voice/AI areas, establishing program structure and aligning stakeholders. The team emphasizes clarity, traceability, and operational excellence throughout software release cycles, driving integration and collaboration to meet strategic objectives and maintain high standards in program execution.
What you'll do:
- Lead program estimation, risk assessment, and resource planning for projects of small to medium complexity.
- Monitor and control program progress, ensuring alignment with approved milestones and timelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
- Build stakeholder consensus through clear, concise communication and data-driven recommendations.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
- Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support technology domain stakeholders by translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Drive continuous process improvements and promote adherence to company policies and standards.

- Proven expertise in program and project management, including estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high complexity initiatives.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, mitigation, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
