Position Summary...

The Manager, Digital Media is a storyteller. Beginning with an idea, the Manager, Digital Media will manage and oversee video/animation pre-production planning, post-production editing, on and off-site production activities/events and digital asset management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and contribute to VIZIO and Walmart's overall success.

What you'll do...

About the team:

Our Creative Team operates with a customer-first mindset, focusing on delivering value and innovative solutions to our internal teams and external partners. This role will play a critical part in creating high quality, educational, engaging content for use in various digital and social platforms, including product education, general brand awareness and consideration.
What you'll do:

• Create 2D/3D motion graphics animations from concept to execution, including, but not limited to brainstorm concepts, scripts, draft storyboards, asset production, animating, bugs, lower thirds, chyrons, mixing VO/music, and editing
• Produce and edit sizzle videos and product/benefit videos for our Corporate and Product Marketing teams
• Basic static design skills to assist the design team when needed
• Create graphic video templates for easy use by other team members
• Collaborate with Marketing teams supporting projects that drive team initiatives and larger organizational goals
• Manager and oversee video pre-production planning with external agencies and on-site production activities
• Oversee video collection and licensing to ensure all media is archived appropriately

 
What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in video/motion graphic animation and on-screen design experience in media and entertainment, preferably for a Streaming Service or Smart TV platform.
• An exceptional portfolio of original work that demonstrates a dual mastery in animating from scratch and strategically integrating pre-made models, paired with advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects. You should be prepared to verify the exact scope of your work on each project. ​
• End-to-end video creation, from concepting, shooting, through postproduction and delivery.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in Figma
• Proficient in animation software, such as, Cinema 4D, Maya and other relevant software
• 2D Animation and 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills
• Thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements.
• Exceptional design skills, notably typography, color and composition.
• Proficient in asset management, tagging, and sharing files efficiently

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
