This role owns the system, the data, and the optimization engine that ensures our technician learning ecosystem is consistent, measurable, and continuously improving. A manager would report to this person and that manager would own our facility service’s learning platform design and maintenance.Location: Bentonville, AR

What you'll do...
Position Overview Are you enthusiastic about driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and transforming learning experiences? Facility Services is seeking a dynamic leader for our new Learning Ecosystem Optimization Strategy role. This position will be pivotal in designing and deploying a full learning and knowledge delivery and analytics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Continuous Improvement & Analytics- Design process to use analytics to monitor training effectiveness, classroom delivery metrics, field training adoption and improvement, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure data hygeine and reporting accuracy across training systems.
- Design and implement a a structured continuous improvement cycle for the learning ecosystem using data, field feedback, and business KPIs.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to align learning initiatives with organizational goals – alternative language: translate learning data into clear insights that will drive strategy partners towards process improvement that will have direct impact business outcomes
- Lead the development and implementation of a centralized learning and knowledge management platform for technician and associate training.
- Own governance of the learning systems, including structure, roles, permissions, version control, and data integrity.
- Establish and maintain training standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all business units.
- Lead the work to maintain and digitize competency maps, progression gates, and other career pathway tools to develop a full skills taxonomy
- Enable digital capabilities and business process improvements to enhance training delivery and tracking.
- Ensure every course has a review cycle, SME validation process, and documented updates tied to regulatory or equipment changes.
- Expert in designing learning and knowledge platforms, applying advanced instructional and visual design for engaging and effective ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven program optimization and improvement processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Experienced in UX/UI design with knowledge of marketing, optimizing user learning journeys, driving program adoption, and improving learner engagement.
- Led or supported technical, cross-functional projects in learning technology or digital transformation, using design thinking and marketing expertise.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
