What you'll do...

About the Category Management Team:
Our team is at the forefront of data-driven decision making, collaborating across merchandising, analytics, and platform teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and customer experience. What You’ll Do:

• Provide actionable insights and analytics to merchants and account managers.
• Prepare and present sales growth, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
• Automate business reporting and monitor performance vs. forecast.
• Coordinate with platform teams to deliver customer and performance insights.
• Report on key events and initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in category management, analytics, and market positioning.
• Strong experience with data tools (e.g., Scintilla, Madrid) and business reporting.
• Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources and present to stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving category growth and process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
